I really can't believe that ridiculous joke of a website is still running. What do the actual cops in charge of that site think what is going on? Do they still think with so much disinformation coming in that it's a worthwhile endeavour?

Same here. That way, the bum ("derek") who made a false report against two individuals could be prosecuted.

The Dave's one on page 6 was pretty damned funny, I have to admit. Still, it's wrong to post stuff like that.

I saw the most disgusting display of foreign arrogance yesterday.

There was an old Korean woman in Gwanghwamoon trying to cross the street.
But she was too blind, and did not see that the sign said do not walk.
So, a foreigner stopped her and told her to wait in Korean.
When the light turned, the foreigner helped her cross the street.

This foreigner is here on an E2 visa!
I think it is illegal to do something like this.
You should deport him!
His name is Morris and he is a 32 year old American.
I can tell you where he lives.

In Itaewon this morning I spotted a foreigner.
He was ordering a sandwich from Subway.
He looked suspicious so I followed him.
He went into an apartment.
I could not see so I climbed up to the third floor window.
I could see him inside with a Korean girl.
He kissed her then went into the washroom.
The window did not have bars on it so I was easily able to smash it open.
His wife did not stop screaming so I tied her to a chair.
He came out of the washroom wearing a towel.
I ran away.
If you hurry you can arrest them.
They live in Itaewon.
Please hurry!

Even freakier is the police response.

Thanks for visit to SMPA homepage
The immigration office is in charge of cases relating to illegal stays of foreigners including control(local-goverment-issued ID), investigation etc.
Please report the matter to the immigration office (http://www.immigration.go.kr) or call this center on the telephone (tel:1588-7191) for additional guidance

Hello I am an English teacher working in Korea.
I work at a hakwon in Icheon in central Seoul.
Also I have many private lessons I teach outside of class.
One of my students is Cho Jiseon a 24 year old university student.
She is also my girlfriend.
Yesterday she cancelled our private lesson.
She sent me a text message "sorry i have 2 see my mom. c u 2morrow?"
As you know it is illegal to abbreviate English in such a way.
What the message should read is "sorry i have to see my mom. See you tomorrow?"
This is a blatant violation of English grammar law as mandated by the International Council of English.
It is leading to the destruction of the English language.
I can look in her wallet so I can find her ID number for you.
Please let me know if any action should be taken.

Hundreds of foreign English teachers from Daves ESL Korean job board will get together at a bar in Hongdae, possibly smoking pot, taking some other illegal drugs.

Place: SHOOTERS A N D COCK in Hongdae
Time: 8 pm, September 15, 2007

This will be a good opportunity for the SMPA to round them up. Force them to take urine tests, then check their ARCs, diplomas, tatoos, user names on Daves Korean job board. Look for those obnoxious Korean bashers like Dev, shaunew, etc.. Arrest them all.

It would be more funny if the police didn't regularly follow through on these complaints. Whoever that person was, they were posting a lot of messages condemning anyone on this site they could for a very long time. The police have started erasing his posts, as well as any others they think are fake.

I was told there is a one million won reward for turning in someone who is teaching English without a proper visa. Is this true?

If it is, how do I turn in my friends and coworkers?

Thank you for visiting our website

There is the immigration Bureau which is charge of the illegal workers.
So, we hope that you report them to the Bureau. After that, the employer might pay a fine and the workers be deported from our country.

Lamentably, there is not any reward to do that. However, why do not you report them for many legal workers. The number of phone is 1588-7191.

Have you checked out the other posts on that web site, SMPA. I think that perhaps every single one of them is a joke. Its hilarious

Some guy reported that his ex girlfriend broke into his apartment while he was asleep, closed all the windows, pointed two fans at his head. when he woke up he felt like he narrowly escaped being killed. the police responded to his post

Whitey Which way to the pink room
Officer Go straight, turn left, its right behind the police station.

Officer 1 This document looks like its a forgery.
Officer 2 Lets go, have a donut.

If you see any postings on there done by someone with a username from this site, it is that troll who keeps telling the police to arrest the moderators of this site.
