This has probably been asked a million times before, so direct us to the relevant thread if that's easiest, but how do you connect to the internet from home here? We have a UK laptop: do we need to change the internet settings? Is there a card you need to buy for dial-up internet or do you have to link up with a service provider? Is broadband the best option, and again how should we go about getting linked up?

I live in Bundang and have a DSL connection. I didn't pay an installation fee at all. The service is about 34,000 won per month (including DSL modem rental). I don't have a bill handy but I believe it's KT (KoreaTelcom).
My director called for service to be set up. If you have an ethernet card, you don't need anything else.
