I need to teach a new class and have not had a lot of direction from my boss. I am teaching high-school students in a computer class. To the best of my knowledge, I need to choose a website, like National Geographic, Google, whatever, and then choose a topic for the kids to research with 5 or 6 questions on each topic. My boss told me to choose anything... sports, national holidays, pop culture, etc.

It's my first time teaching high school! I really don't know what these kids will/will not be interested in. Any topic or website ideas?
