not having Christmas.

No family fights. No disappointing, thoughtless gifts. No poorly prepared turkey. No listening to Christmas music and pretending it isn't annoying. No dumb ass in-laws.

Just sweet silence, and online porn. Aaaah.

My MIL bought me underwear. I tried one on and it looks like I am an eighty year old woman. It's striped and covers all of my stomach and half of my back. My husband screamed when he saw me in them. He covered his eyes and rolled around in bed.

I don't get it. I thought she wanted us to have a baby.

Ha! Very funny. Why not get your MiL some saucy lingerie and call it a "cultural exchange"?

Meanwhile, at stately lemming manor: I'm a bit of a humbug when it comes to Xmas (not outright hostile - just not my scene), so I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get what I wanted: nothing.
