sorry if I spelled it w wrong. I have some friends living in Hae Bong Cheon and seem to like it, but I have heard mixed stories from others.
The rent is not too bad, lots of foreign friendly businesses. An enclave of foreigners; Nigerians, Westerners, Filipinos. Quite a community. |

I don't live there, but I stop by for food from Istanbul or Philly's regularly. Sounds like you got it right. |
