Good story in T.O. Sun today about it.

Can they even trade a guy who is 1) having a bad season 2) GOING AWOL AND 3) MAKING 3 MIL AYEAR.

Goalies are funny -they can be great for awile and then suck ie Leafs Rancroft.

I say he was on a great team but he's no more than average in net.

I dont know. When Hasek went down way back when, Razor came in and won 13 games in one month. Tied an NHL record. I think this is a turning point for him. Every man goes through it....when you stop being a boy and become a man. His ego is through the roof, but if he can grow up and get his head together he has the potential to be a great goalie. He did win 13 games in the playoffs last year.

At the end of the day, the guy needs to be more thankful for the gift that he has and the money that he can make.

Yeah, Heatley, Spezza, and Alfredsson playing in front of him. He's just nervous because of Gerber's stepped up play, being relegated to backup, less spotlight on his already overswollen head, etc. He needs to suck it up and prove he is a number one goalie.

Oh yeah, one more thing: Habs rule!
