Does anyone know when one can officially make a complaint at the labor department for late wages? It has been over 2 weeks now, everyone in this school is worried. Anyone have any experience in this and filing a complaint with the labor department. Please no "know it alls" and angry lonely people...just people with the facts need post!!!

Your pay has to be late by 15 days, before you can file. After the 15 days you can flie with the labor board.

15 days. Take your contract, ARC, and pay stubs to the labor office and file a complaint. You WILL need a Korean interpreter.
