me thinks perhaps a proper and sensible K solution to the E2 visa would be to create a new class of visa known as the E2-fkd visa

the fkd is only for previous E2 holders, that is, those NTs who have previously taught here in K before - and therefore know what it's like to be f**k**d -

those of you just applying for a visa can of course, apply for the regular E2 with all its accompanying bureaucratic hogwash and of course, after complying with each and every little hoop you are told to jump thru, and then you find out (TOO LATE!!) you either aren't getting (1) paid, (2) your severence (3) actual stated vacation (4) insurance (5) pension (6) all of the above - then

congragulations!!! you now qualify for the E2-fkd class of visa - a K specialty item guaranteed to get'm over here in droves!!
