This movie, although boring, had a reflection of the scarred psyche of plane crash victims and I'd like to know if anyone's sensed whether or not it refers to 911.
I couldn't understand if the main character-Adam Sandler-was describing what happened in 911 in regards to losing his family. Nonetheless, could you fathom how much this must've scarred those who did lose loved ones?
It's diagnosed as PTSD, something I'm unfamiliar with but wonder about. Anyone here have a psychology background? Though not entertaining, the movie had a certain reflection on the American psyche that can't be overlooked.
I sometimes still think of one victim, or rather three, a businessman, a newborn baby, and a Korean mother on their way to visit the Korean woman's grandma in LA. |

I often think of the Pilot with the turkey farm,
the flight attendant that substituted for the Mom of
the kid that had an important hockey game to go to,
and Ace Bailey.
The stories may not be accurate but that's what I remember hearing. |

Can't say I enjoyed the movie, but definitely noticed the 9/11 references. The description on the DVD (in korean anyways) does say specifically it is about a man who lost his family on September 11th. |
