It seems like I should stay away from recruiters and contact my prospective employer directly. My best bet of getting pay on time seems to be working for a public school. Therefore, I would like to contact public schools that are hiring directly. But it looks like all the ads are posting from recruiters. Could someone clarify the role of recruiters, how to quickly discern recruiters from direct employer posting, and how to go about finding more leads for public school? |

Have you tried going into the GEPIK / EPIK / SMOE websites directly? There are always vacancies. A good recruiter like ESL Planet, is handy as a backup, if things go awry. But agreed, there are also a lot of bad recruiters out there. |
