Anyone know of a decent gym around this area? Only requirements are that it must be on line 4, have some decent treadmills and a sauna. Don't mind paying a bit extra if it's worth it. Ideally it would have a squash court but I know it's not likely. I heard of a big gym possibly in Miasamgeori?

if you're into the extreme sports field, there's O2. rock climbing and an indoor ice climbing wall. first of its kind (far as i know). may be worth checkin out.
