Just this weekend I hit "stop" on Tarantino's "Death Proof" about halfway through when he kills the first woman by smashing her head against the dashboard of the... never mind, you watch it!! I'm considering forgetting about the gem that was Pulp Fiction and blacklisting this guy.

If Pulp Fiction was the only gem, fair enough. Reservoir Dogs is fantastic. Jackie Brown is good. Kill Bill 1 and 2 are entertaining and a bit different to the usual fare.

Death Proof...seemed a bit too self-indulgent of Tarantino for my liking. Hopefully he'll go back to making more 'normal' films with his next movie: a war epic.

It took me three watchings to get past the crying baby/squealing radiator scene in "Eraserhead."

Must be frustrating.

1. Resident Evil 2...been on a bunch of times on TV here but can never manage to watch it all the way through.

2. Dawn of the Dead (remake)...the one where they're stuck in the huge shopping mall, still never watched the entire movie.
