Anyone catch the first episode tonight? What an amazing show.

I'm a massive fan and very excited about the final season. I'll probably dl it tonight.

This is such a good show and the only show that I shamelessly plug to everybody I meet. You have to watch it!

I'd say it's probably one of the best shows on TV today. It's a shame it's already started into its final season. I read the creator is in the process of developing a new show based on the lives of jazz musicians in post-Katrina New Orleans... doesn't really sound as interesting as the wild world of Baltimore tho.
I'll probably wait for a few weeks before I watch any new episodes, I enjoy being able to watch a bunch together. There are so many characters, plot points, etc... it's too easy to forget *beep* between episodes if you wait a week to watch the next one.

I'm sure we'll see Omar in further episodes. I get the feeling that Simon was sick of the gushing about O. Little and left him out of the first one just to cleanse the palate. I hope that he can flesh out the news crew a little more, given that he only has 9 more episodes to make his point, while at the same time dealing with the Major Crime Unit, Carcetti, etc. I just hope that he doesn't focus on Jimmy "Byronic Hero" McNulty in overplus, because that's been done, and ye can't do no more.

I want to see more of Marlo, Chris, Snoop and Michael in his street incarnation. I liked the first season most of all and I'd love to see more emphasis on the street.

Why doesn't somebody just shoot the guy? His strength comes from his firepower, but without a head, his crew would disperse. He must have a s***load of soldiers to be worth Prop Joe's time and H.

I really want to see more of the Dukie/Michael dynamic. I have a feeling Michael's going to pop him.

i love this damn show, but i dont know about s5 so far.

i just started rewatching season 1, the show really is genius. i recommend it to everyone.

i also seriously hope the baltimore sun storyline gets interesting

in my opinion in was the worst part about episode 1

This is great! I thought season 4 was the final one because of the way they did the final episode.

I saw Omar on CSI LV 5 the other day. He wasn't gay.

I absolutely love The Wire. Unfortunately, I need to watch Season 4 first.
