|
|
I'm gonna be back in Seoul from Feb til the end of May and don't want the hassle of finding housing where I have to give a huge deposit and sign a year-long contract then try to leave in a few months.
I remember people posting their places for rent saying that the owner/manager didn't care when they moved out and/or didn't have deposits.
Ideally, I'd want a place in Daechi or Gangnam.... but I think there are more places like this around Kyodae.
If you know of any, please tell me! Thanks! |

I lived in a hotel for 4 months once. 300,000 a month and they let me use the laundry and changed the sheets and cleaned the room when I asked. It was good because I tend to eat out, didn't want to buy furniture, and it had cable TV with 24 hour soft core porn. Check with love hotels in an area with many. Chances are they will have excess capacity they are willing to rent out semi long term. Beauty is you can leave at the end of any month if you find a better place. The classifieds on worknplay.co.kr and englishspectrum.com always have a good selection of sublets available.
Good luck |
