I will be moving in late Feb 08' to Busan/Pusan "newbie ESL teacher, and am told that I will be given up to 10 mil won for "housing down payment" Does this mean I am liable for rent through the year myself? What will it cost with utilities,internet, etc? Also, school says I will have to furnish house! Bed, dresser, TV, etc, etc???

Excited but Confused (a Bit) !!!.............

PS......... Any help finding a website that I can browse for housing? Thanx

10 million won sounds a bit high, I know of people who only paid 4-5mil.
