The process for the visa has taken longer than expected, but i already booked a flight to visit a friend on my way to korea. Is there any way to apply for the working visa when i'm in korea, and fly there on the tourist visa? the school that hired me already has my documents, save one which is the reason for the delay, and therefore will have all the documents once i arrive -- with them, may we not go to the immigration office in korea to get the E2 visa in person?
