Wow, nice campus. I had a couple friends who went there and loved it. I went to a similar school in Maine (small liberal arts). Guessing the campus doesn't look like that now...probably cold and snowy! |

Yep, and lots of Italian mafia to boot.
Do you remember the race riots on Williams Street next door to High Rise and the projects on September 11, 1991?
Yep, M'town was pretty forked up... |

Ahaha, I can't ever remember leaving campus. I think Lewiston is referred to as the armpit of Maine?
So Wesleyan to Korea? That's quite the change! I did the same, Bates to Seoul was quite the cultural change. |

HA!
Middletown is tranquil compared to Bridgeport, Waterbury or for that matter, New Haven.....the only reason I never mentioned Hartford because it is a given the place is a cesspool....
Lets not forget that the people in CT are considered the rudest lot in all of N. England, if not the whole of the US |

Attended a (superior ) neighbor. Lectured at Wesleyan a couple years ago, though. Professors Lucier and Braxton are titans. |

I'm curious whether those of you who attended Wesleyan or Bates have met many Koreans who are familiar with either school.
It seems that most Koreans I've met generally only know about the Ivy League schools or the big universities. |
