I am in Kagoshima now I di not see any Sumo guys but I di show a big Japan store clerk how to wrestle. I feel my pride suffer as the Japan Moms do not thrust their young forward for my discourse. However of the 5 times I give out my email and gave the invite to visit me in Korea I did get one email respomse so far.
The ferry on the other hand was a prime example of how Koreans love me- I had the teen boys who followed me about and of course the requisite English speaking Korean Teacher who so wanted my oral powers as we spoke of my love of her country and the life I enjoy therein. But perhaps the most humorous and cutest of the Busan to Osaka ride was the 40 or so Girl scouts many of whom automatically called me teacher and whom I in return called cute... not my idea but they did ask for my email and cell phone number and I admit I gave it to them- it is all good though maybe one of their dads is a college prof who may email say how kind I was to his daughter - saw my picture on her cell phone and wants to hire me as a prof at his college...
I am at the Beppu Guest House in Kagoshima - 1,500 yen for a dorm room that beats most American Hostels...

I think it would be better if 2-3 Oz ESL Surf Girls flew out here and met up with me so we can take the ferry out to the far south Surf/skin dive islands together... also I promise to protect them when we visit the Junglwe Island with the small wild cats of Japan.
