What an unadulterated piece of shit.

Well, maybe slightly adulterated. The sets were nice.

Great link, thanks!

Reflects poorly on Korea though. Alien vs. Predator 2 is here, but no "There Will Be Blood"

Shocked

Though not the same as a movie theater, you can always watch at home after downloading it from one of the many torrent sites. Also, you could buy it at Yongsan from one of the DVD guys.

I haven't seen the musical version of this, but I can definitely see where it might be more enjoyable than the movie. For one, I thought it was a bit excessively graphic in terms of violence (and I'm no prude when it comes to violence... I cackle at corpse flight patterns in FPShooters:p). Something about lively music juxtaposed against the close-up slashing of a man's throat kind of sets me at odds. I think watching the musical, being a bit back from the action, would leave more to your imagination and perhaps make the whole thing a bit more enjoyable. Also, watching a movie with 5 minute long explanations of scenes is a bit... boring. It dragged horribly. Again, probably would've been more interesting in a theater because if you got bored looking at the singers you could look at the scenery. As a movie, your view is fixed to that of the camera. Could be interesting with alternate viewing angles though in a special edition DVD set...

Anyway, I liked the fashion, was surprised by the different actor's singing abilities (yeah I know, heavily produced), and the sets were pretty cool. However, it would've been more enjoyable as a musical theater experience rather than a movie theater one.
