Either that photo of Madonna has been retouched or she has.

'Kabbalah' water. 10K a month. One person drinking it. Nice deal.

At that price, I'd have to be a fucking whale.

And I'm the cheap one? I just use a Pur Water filter; it works quite well actually. Except when I'm in Korea, then I am stuck with bottled water which isn't too bad at 1100won per 2L bottle.

As for britney she has become somewhat of an international mastermind.

If you really want to get a daily scoop of all celebrity stupidity, I suggest TMZ.com.

Thanks, Pluto. I was just trying to shake things up a little on this forum. Seems to me like it's been spinning off its axis lately with all the spamming and bizarre threads.

Lame attempt, I know, but my heart was in the right place.

I know what you mean. Always good to see how bad a celeb's life is during the holidays. I mean my life can suck but their lives are just downright pitiful and pathetic.

As for the forum. Have you ever heard about that guy who took a bad acid trip in high school and could never come back down...

...Funny how those same people always had a guitar with them Exclamation

Update: A "Hulk-Update" just for good measure.

Sir Edmund Hillary Died:

I don't know all the facts about Hillary's ascent, but it has seemed to me that in most accounts regarding people ascending Everest the sherpas never get fair recognition.

Britney Spears is a drunk scank. I can't believe what passes for news these days.

Has anyone seen the movie "Bug"? I watched it the other day and IGTG and the others on here were my first thought.

Why are you mentioning Sir Edmund Hillary in a thread about useless celebrities? Sir Edmund, as an extremely decent human being, and explorer/adventurer par excellence, was not a celebrity, and has nothing in common with the others in the thread. His death is an occasion of great sadness.

When did I say this was a thread about useless people? I missed the part where I typed that.

What, was Edmund your fucking grandfather or something? I didn't denigrate him, I just asked about the sherpas' recognition during the ascents, or more to the point, the lack of recognition they have received.

Learn how to read. They teach that in New Zealand schools, right?

Since I think this thread is a worthy diversion from Ron Paul threads, I was looking for some pointless celebrity scandal to post, but the first thing I saw was a celebrity story that actually has something to discuss.

Whatever Happened to Peggy Sue?

Holly's widow fighting sale of book

LUBBOCK, Texas - Buddy Holly's widow is trying to keep the woman whose name was made famous by the 1950s hit song "Peggy Sue" from selling a book about her friendship with the rocker.

Maria Elena Holly says Peggy Sue Gerron's "Whatever Happened to Peggy Sue?" is unauthorized and will harm her late husband's name, her own reputation and that of her company, Holly Properties.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080112/ap_en_ot/buddy_holly_book

I have to side with Peggy Sue on this. She did know Buddy, so she has a right to publish her memories of one of the greats. Sorry, Maria Elena.
