Hello everyone! I am a hard core computer nerd and I need some computer gear! Back at home (Canada) I would order all my computer components off of NCIX.com or TigerDirect.ca for cheap cheap!

Now that I'm here I'm wondering if anyone knows of any websites that ship to Daegu South Korea that are like that? Mostly I just want an external hard drive to back up the files and format my lap toppy ^-^!!!

The external hard drives at the shops around here are too expensive. It would even be cheaper for me to buy from Canada and ship here but I figure there must be a better alternative to both of these.

Thanks in advance Wink

My favorite Korean tech e-tailor is http://www.icoda.co.kr/i_product/

Unlike all those cowboys on Danawa, they actually have what they advertise in stock. The Yongsan idiots work through the danawa site usually have nothing new-ish in stock. They will order only after you make the order. Or, if they can't order it they will call you and try to sell you something else. Really.

Which shops are you going to?

Before ruling out shopping in Daegu, go to Jeonjagwan. You can find deals there that are competitive with Danawa.

WOw thanks chronicpride that's what I was looking for... I checked out the deals on these Korean sites... I'm a Computer Science degree so I know a lot about computers... The sales on the sites suggested above I checked them out and they were not that great for what you get... (in Canada much better) it was actually more cost effective to just order some stuff off Ebay and have it shipped from America...

As for the Market you suggested chronicpride I will check that out on the weekend and post what I find. Thanks a lot!!!
