Looking for a large 3 bedroom apt in jeochiwon, near hongik uni.

OR

If Anyone is leaving Hongik in the joechiwon area that has a big apt.

The apartments near SangSu station are always available, and are only 200 million in key money. You can probably work out a rental payment, too, if need be. They are around 32-25 pyung, 3 bedroom places.

Nearer to Hongdae gate, the chusae jumps up another 100 million.

If you don't need an apartment, check with some of the local pokdokbang. There are some larger places on upper building floors that rent for much cheaper. A bit louder, and a bit more to heat/cool, but that's not a bad tradeoff, especially if you're single and want to live in the middle of it all.

I think you misunderstood my question. Hongik Uni has two campuses.. 1 in Hongdae and the other in Jochiwon, which is about an hour + south east of suwon.

My bad. Don't know anything about that area, other than it can't be anywehere near as good as working at the Seoul campus! Good luck to you.
