....got my next job by transferring to another public school in Gyeonggi, through GEPIK, right after my current job ends, in late April, when would you advise I start to get my documents ready e.g. subject access check for U.K. citizens, and anything else that is required for an existing GEPIK employee to transfer to another school.

Now's a good time. The sooner the better really, especially if you have to get the apostille and all that other junk. Considering the new restrictions, I'd guess you don't want to do anything illegal, like working without your visa for a bit. I'd be nervous:p
