I know it one stop away from Jeongja and Sunae in Bundang. But how's the area? How far is it *really* from Jeongia and an actual social scene? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks! |

It's not too far. You can easily walk the Migeum to Jeonja in about 20 mins and the subway to Sunae and Seoyheon is pretty quick. I recomend Seoyheon for the night life. |

Im in Jungja and I believe its the nicest place in Bundang. There is lots of space for Korea and the buildings are tall, modern and clean and actually have some nice design. Also, the neon is limited so it doesnt feel to crazy (unlike Megum and Seohyun which are heavy with neon).
The walk from Jungja to Megum takes around 15/20 minutes. |

Jeongja is one of the nicest areas in South Korea for living.
The wife and I were going to move into the Intelli-G in Jeongja, but we decided to stay here and save another year or so. |

I've lived in Migeum for three years and I love it.
It's actually about a 45 minute walk (I only ever walk the distance because I feel guilty taking the subway one stop.....) if you walk at a fairly quick pace.
Jeongja has nicer restaurants, great shops and a quieter atmosphere, but Migeum still wins out for me.
A bunch of great nightspots can be found at Seohyeon - which is three stops away from Migeum, or a 4,000won cab ride.

Migeum is great. The regular services you would expect to find are close together, decent eating (not fine dinning for sure, but Jeongia and Seoyon is good for that), etc. There are a lot of expats around so it is easy to make friends. The bus system makes travel to Seoul relatively painless and the river walk is nice when it is warm. |
