I'm starting work in Korea this month. The school I will be working for want me to go for some kind of medical exam. I just scrapped in for the old visa regulations in December, but I'm posting to find out what this medical consists of? Has anyone been through it? Do you get blood tested for drugs/HIV tested etc? Do they slice you open? (No just kidding.)

Thing is, I went to a VDU clinic last week in the UK. I was with a girl over Christmas I met on a night out and had unprotected sex. Im pretty sure I'm ok ie no diseases to speak of. but I cant get the proper HIV check until I'm in Korea (as you know you have to wait 3 months to get tested.) So where would I go for something like this? Does it cost loads of WON? Rolling Eyes Or are checks done in the medical when you arrive?

Thanks for your help. Nice to be nice and all that.
