Laughing note: Harry Connick Jr. is an awful actor but he's a bonafide jazz artist

coultless jazz aficionados have praised his work: he grew up in New Orleans and was well trained in the classics of jazz

he did branch out to do stage and soundtrack stuff, but his jazz studio albums are pretty good. i have three on cassette (longtime walkman user), his debut from the late eighties and Come By Me in the late nineties and one from the mid-nineties.

diss his looks, diss his acting but don't diss him as a jazz man: he is one
