Since I moved to Korea, I've been in and out of the country four times. Every single time, on the flight back to Korea, the stewardess will give me a yellow Arrival/Departure form that I fill out (different from the white Customs Declaration form). The Immigration people will stamp my passport, but they never take the Arrival/Departure form or stamp it, so I just end up throwing it away. So what is the point in filling it out? |

There is no point. Immigration stopped requiring them a year or more ago. I've pointed this out to flight attendants but some airlines keep handing them out out of habit, it seems. |

Non-resgistered foreigners are required to fill them in.
REGISTERED foreigners (those who have an ARC) are no longer required to fill one in. We haven't need to do it for over a year now.
When she gives it to you, stick it in the seat pocket and ignore it. |
