Oh that's right that pesky orientation! They should have a fridge, if not it's still cold outside. I managed to keep soft cheeses in Europe outside the window before smuggling them in (there was a fridge but those things reeked), doing it in the land of kimchi should be a problem at all.
Multiple baggies should do the trick! |

Or friends who have a fridge and can keep it for you.
Heck, if you have no friends with fridges here, I'll keep cheese for a week for you (in exchange for a small bit for myself)  |

| Homeplus these days has a nice if overpriced selection of cheeses. All the other big stores in Gwangju are disappointing. |
