The water on my bathroom floor will not go away. I think the mains drain from the apartment may be blocked. Can I asked the security guy in my apartment building to take a look. |

You can buy drain cleaner at most supermarkets and stocked corner stores. That may be easier than getting Korean logic involved.
After that, notify the building. |

The plughole may be blocked with hair & soap. Remove the cover, & clean with an old toothbrush or piece of wire. |
