|
|
I spent some of my day in the clothing district of Itaewon, scouting out tailors and trying in vain to find a decent gentlemanly hat of a medium to wide brim. I carry a little notebook with me, wherein I write down the things that I can't say in Korean. I have written there, circled, "7 5/8". Around this number is scattered various other suggestions in the hands of various shopkeepers, ranging from "6 7/8" to "7 1/4". At every stall, I obligingly let them insist that a smaller size could fit my head and tried on their 7 1/4-size hats, and to their astonishment, they didn't fit. They were all at a loss for words.
The point of this: does anyone know where I might find hats made to fit my gigantic Caucasian head? |

From which planet do you hail where you are not able to change the size of your head? |

I mean come on, how else do you get your head in the space suit without taking off your telecom unit. Duh |

You have to use a space suit? How quaint. Come back in another thousand years when you've mastered wormholes, spacegates, matter transfer, and dimension-hopping.
Honestly, the quality of alien species they allow to roam the universe these days...no wonder the proprty values on my planet are dropping. Stay in your own backwater part of the galaxy, ryouga013! We don't want your kind here! |

Indeed! My species doesn't even need oxygen or an atmosphere... we're perfectly happy with the vacuum of space, our massive heads providing a cushion for our soft, squishy brains.
Unfortunately, this does mean that we have trouble finding decent head accessories. |

You have physical existence? How quaint. Come back when you've evolved into a state of multi-dimensional energy signatures. |

Indeed... physical existence is more fun.
Now that this has gotten wildly off-topic, any chance someone might have an actual answer to my question?
