Well anyway, Last night or should I say this morning is when I got my first ever hangover.
Usually I dont get hangovers because usually I always have one of these fried egg sandwiches and that seems to make me immune in the morning.
HOWEVER.. I have noticed after drinking copius amounts of alcohol my throat is fucked the next day and im coughing up stuff that is surreal.
Any one else have throat problems after lots of drinking? |

1) don't drink too much
2) get an air purifier
3) brush your teeth and wash your moath before going to bed (i know this is not a common thing in the U.K. or for the aussies, but give it a try).

HAHAHA! Too funny!
Hades, I get those hangovers sometimes where I can't stop puking all day following my benders. It's something I've come to accept and now can even work out with a splitting headache with few problems.
My hangovers are lessened, I have noticed, when I eat greasy food and drinking LOTS of water after I stop drinking or when I pull myself out of that Sauna in Itaewon (BK Breakfast does wonders).
Otherwise my good man, pound an OB tallboy and you'll be right as rain. |

Hey, don't bust on them. They use Hedley and Wyche toothpaste - for a smile that says "Yum, that was good!" |

Sakamuras, what are you talking about. I'm Australian and I have done this(along with nearly every person i know) everyday of my life. Don't perpetuate urban myths, I notice you also get pretty defensive about Korean urban myths as well. |

i guess you were in a bar. what is in a bar? lots of smoke! plus, you wouldn't have slept properly so you are just asking for a dose of bad chest. plus seoul is polluted so that messes up your chest. plus you are probably a teacher who works with children - lots of germs there too.
can't believe you posted this to tell you the truth. thought it would be common sense. |

the best, and i think that this has been scientifically proven, is to drink a pint (568ml) of water before you go to bed. the main reason you feel like poo poo in the morning is because of dehydration. |

If you care not for your liver, take a couple of aspirin before bed. My friend's mother, an RN, used to dole 'em out before we crashed. If she does it, it must be ok.... |
