Same question here. Do we assume that you have the original legitimate software discs to include with the laptop? Or is the software only loaded on the computer? Just curious. Thanks! |

It is a pirated version of Adobe Pro, but the set-up is still perfect for any multi-media guru or anyone who wants to experiment with video editing and such. |

I forgot to mention if you wanted a RAM upgrade to 2GB I'd be glad to do it for you for an additional 40,000Won. Vista does eat up RAM, so the upgrade could be useful.

You might want to consider lowering the price... seeing as a laptop with the exact same specs but with a faster processor sells for around 700,000 brand new. |

That 700,000KRW equivalent do you speak of? Please share your knowledge as I'm shopping for a notebook PC. |

I can't say that I have seen this particular laptop for 700,000, but here is a link for it new in Korea. It looks like it comes with the expansion base, external keyboard and mouse as well for these varied prices. Don't know if this helps anyone or not.

The main reason I posted 900,000Won was I was expecting an offer around 800,000Won and I'd probably take that.
The comp is about 3 weeks old, and the only usage of it was to load the software onto it. Since then its been chillin in the box with all the warranty papers waiting to be filled out.
That being said...800,000Won takes it. |

At the risk of sounding condescending, I would still say that expecting an offer of 800,000 for that particular laptop with pirated software is a stretch. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't see the value. Good luck! |

Check in Yongsan. The prices are fairly even across the board. I was comparing theirs with the one I bought in Canada, and the prices are pretty much the same. $699 (and I've seen same specs for 700k) got me AMD Turion 64 X2 processor - 1.8 GHz, 1 GB RAM, 160 GB HD, dual-layer lightscribe DVD burner, 15.4" widescreen display, Vista, and nvidia integrated graphics (still crap, being integrated, but better than Intel). Look around, there's lots. |
