what's your opinion on it? is it decent quality instruction? are you satisfied with the instructors, etc etc.?

i need something to increase my flexibility (extremely tight muscles) and need something that'll help me stretch out and get limber. more for injury prevention than anything else.

anything recommendations for places in seoul?

Thjere are a couple of really good Yoga dvd's available in Synarra records.

Yoga for absolute beginners and Power Yoga. Both by same company.

Two good 50 min workouts that you can do in the warmth and comfort of your own home.

I wouldn't reccomend the latter for beginners though. Try the Absolute (hatha yoga) beginners one for a couple of months, 2 - 3 times a week and then you'll be on your way to being prepared for the power yoga workout which is an AWESOME and INTENSE workout (Ashtanga Youga.) The Hatha yoga also meets the requirements you stated perfectly.

I take a stretching class at my gym. As a guy who played hockey for 20 years my legs and back are really tight. I noticed the class has made me more flexable and I can workout without agrivating any old injuries.
