I am looking at bringing IT workers/students from South Korea to NA.
Anyone done it? Any thoughts?

what are you trying to do start some kind of business? Import cheap labor to the states? Much like running Mexicans over the boarder? |

Umm....if you're doing it for them; good luck. Especially with the work visas.
If you are trying to make some cash, import Indians to Barbados. Close enough to have face-to-face meetings, but a lot cheaper to house them in barbados/cheaper wages are livable. |

The USA they need a company to sponsor them for an H1B visa. There are only so many available per year and they're usually claimed weeks after the window opens. |

An university from Anyang wants to send it's students to North America. They want me to set up contracts with Engineering firms, tech businesses and etc.
I know a firm in Richmond got sued because they set up a contract like this, but then immigration denied the visas. So the contracting firm got sued. Or so I heard. |
