Soju and hot peppers.

Seriously though, that diluted hydrogen peroxide mix is a miracle cure docs won't tell you about.

For the nose, a snort of diluted hydrogen peroxide in both nostrils and two drops in each ear.

I thought that hydrogen peroxide was just a "weak acid" or a cleaning agent for small cuts or cleaning teeth. I think I will try it.

No help now, but see about getting someone to send you some echinacea for next time. As soon as you feel a cold coming on, some of that, orange juice and as much sleep as you can, and the cold will be a whole lot less severe

I used to take echinacea back in Canada. It didn't stop any colds, but I would be sick only a day or two as opposed to 5 or 6 days. Unfortunately, I have not seen it sold here in Korea.

Drink a minimum of 5 liters of water a day. Those "bita-C" drinks are pretty good too! Wrap up in as many blankets as you can come bedtime. This always works for me!

Gotta be on the ball and do this at the first sign of a cold coming on.
