Does anyone know if they screen you for STD's during your physical for an E2 visa? I like to have myself tested at least once a year to be on the safe side and I thought this year I'll just wait until it's time to renew my visa if they're going to do me the favor anyway.

Um...if it's positive, you're not going to get an E-2 visa. Rolling Eyes

Which is another good reason to ask; do they or don't they? You didn't answer my question.

As far as i know, they only test for TB, HIV and marijuana use.

I was told this by an immigration official, but if you think you might have an STD I would get it checked and treated before taking the medical exam.

I have no reason to suspect that I have anything. I just wanted to know if that's a standard part of the physical since, as I said, I like to get tested at least annually anyway.
