How much use do you get out of the bread maker? Where do you get your yeast from?

I'll probably take the toaster oven and kettle if you'd send me a pic of them. I'll take the thermos too if I'm coming all the way out there. In fact, send me a pic with blender, toaster oven, kettle, thermos, and bread maker. I should be able to take some of this stuff of your hands.
