Anyone know where to buy instant breakfast drinks or anything remotely like them in Korea? I have braces on, and they are irritating my mouth, making chewing painful. I'd like to get some extra (and healthy) calories in without the pain.

Also, if anyone has a lead on floss threaders available in Korea I'd be happy. Flossing is enough of a novelty here that even my dentist said that if it's too hard to do, just don't bother. The place available on Amazon is charging $50 shipping for a $10 bottle.

Don't know about the drinks, but I do know that you can get instant Quaker oatmeal at Costco. Just add hot/boiling water. Healthy, fast, and now chewing required.

Like the milk-shake instant breakfast/slim fast?

If you mean that type of thing they have it at the Red Door in Itaewon.

You gotta be kidding, there's floss all over the damn place. In convenience stores, Pharmacies, marts, shu-pa's, etc..etc...

The OP is looking for floss threaders, not floss.

OP - I've never seen floss threaders or good quality dental floss here. I brought over everything I needed including threaders. Can't you get someone to mail you some? They're pretty light so it shouldn't cost much at all.

http://maxpowershop.co.kr/ has a few different drinks, mainly protein drinks, but if you search the site for others you'll find some others I'm sure. (shipped from the US or from Korea, 5,000W shipping, fairly fast to get to Busan)
