I always thought she was one of the few natural ones. I honestly can't tell regardless. But I think I've read she was 100% natural before. |

In that video, she looks the same. Nose and lips ... maybe her upper-lip looks a bit thinner, but that could just be the video quality. From that vid, I'd say she didn't get any surgery. |

She has not had any plastic surgery. If she looks different from her older pictures it's because she lost a lot of weight.
Most Korean actresses have tweaked something here or there, but not her. |
