Arirang has this weird claymation show that tries to explain the finer points of Korean culture to foreigners. It's a weird combination of blatant honesty and weird self aggrandizement. It deals a lot with Koreans being pushy, men trying to check out your tinkle in bathrooms, Koreans just wandering into your apartment without consent, etc. But at the same time the show always tries to lay claim to things as "unique to Korea". "Koreans invented world peace!" Really over the top claims.

Anyway, today was about riding the bus. Koreans shoving you out of the way to get to their seat, a bus driver with a hitler mustache driving like a demon. But then there's a scene were an old lady gets on the bus. "Don't worry," the host says, "Koreans always offer their seats to old people."

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

The new mantra:

The japanese dinosaur came to Korea and ATE the peaceful Korean dinosaur and never said sorry. Koreans are very nice. Very peaceful...
