Based only on that initial difference, which do you think is better and why?

I know colleges here require less time and academic discipline, but that's about all I know.

Here's a question: is working at a university more valuable in terms of job experience than working at a college? I know colleges will take people with university experience, but will a good university take someone who only has college experience? A simplified question perhaps, but I'm sure you all know what I mean.
