ok you kiwis - someone managed to import this wonderful yogurt mix and I bought the little thermos-yogurt maker and several packages of the mix but now Hannam isn't selling it anymore
know where I can buy the packages? I absolutely LOVE having fresh homemade yogure w/o all the various sweeteners and chems they add here -
if anyone knows a kiwi can you ask about this?
thank you !! |

You can make your yoghurt simply by using a tablespoon of natural yoghurt, (unflavoured) and add it to the milk in the thermos, (milk temperature approx 33C or 98F). Put on the lid and leave it overnight. In the morning you will have yoghurt. Add your own fruit or jam for flavour. |

And if you are careful with hygene you can repeat this indefinitely with the yoghurt left in the Easiyo container, though I wouldn't do this more than a few times before going for a fresh source. Remember it's just bacteria, not magic. |
