I was reading that hotels in Seoul are giving discounted rates over the holiday, and am thinking of taking advantage of this. Logistically speaking, is there a day that would be best to go? I will be driving in from out of town, so obviously want to avoid entering and leaving Seoul at the same time everyone else is. Will it be crazy no matter what day I plan for?
Just hoping someone else has experienced this and has advice/suggestions... tia. |

bump...anyone know? I really don't want to get stuck in six hours of traffic if it's all avoidable. |

Travelling to Seoul over a major holiday isnt generally a problem. There'll be the odd bottleneck here & there but basically you'll be cruising down your side of the expressway chuckling at the suckers inching along bumper-to-bumper on the other side. |
