Sorry but I did a search and was unable to find what I was looking for so if this has already been covered I do apologise.

Wanting to do my Masters degree through one of the major Universities here in Seoul.

Question: If studying part time, can I legally study while on an E-2 Visa?

Does anyone have any suggestions about which is one of the better Universities to study at?

Still deciding on what to do: it will either be business or politics.

Cheers in advance for any advice or information.

I can answer the visa question for you.

You CAN study part time while on an E2 visa BUT you need permission from your employer and an application at immigration for Engaging in Activities not Covered by the Status of Sojourn.

I know a guy who is doing a Masters at Yonsei right now and working part time at a university legally. Yes you can, though I don't know how many hours you are allowed. He seems to be working 15.
