Which is grammatically correct?
"I take no pleasure in witnessing the blatant cowardice of a grown man tremble in fear of being implicated"
Or
....tremble for fear of being implicated"
Having a konglish moment |

I'd say either is correct.
But your sentence requires "trembling" rather than "tremble." |

whether you say "in fear of" or "for fear of" changes the meaning of the sentence
i interpret "in fear of" to mean that the grown man is trembling because he's afraid hes going to get implicated, and you dont take pleasure in it
"for fear of" means you were going to take pleasure in his trembling, but youre afraid that that would get you implicated
at least to me |

i'm guessing you meant the former, and not the latter. however, if you meant the latter, you would want a comma after trembling:
"i take no pleasure in the cowardice of a man trembling, for fear of being implicated"
it's grammatically correct, but doesnt make much sense to me |
