~ High visa applicant rejection rate
~ High probability that US cities would be flooded with women overstaying their visa for "business" purposes.
~ High rate of achor babies being born in the US, who would flood the school systems in certain overpopulated cities
~ High rate of Koreans in general overstaying their visas to open businesses.
~ High number of people running from the law in Korea to hide in the US
~ High number of people running from the law in the US to hide in Korea
~ High number of gangsters coming to the US to distribute drugs manufactures in NK, not to mention the proliferation of counterfiet american money into the American economy
These are just some of the factors to consider when thinking about allowing Korea into the US VWP...
Weren't some of these factors also a problem with Brazil before they were taken off the list?
Also, why ratify an FTA treaty with a country that continually subsidizes its rice farms and automotive industry? |
Because the US wants to sell it's meat in Korea, this bogus Visa program is set to flood the US with Koreans.
Thousands of anchor babies, comfort women, illegals, will pollute American cities. Disgusting. |

I have a question about that.....
What is the difference between beef produced in Australia or New Zealand compared to the beef produced in the US?
The beef produced in the US is made from cows that are fed chemically enhanced food and the beef is also treated with chemicals to stop it from rotting as fast, yet these chemicals are not very good for a person's overall health.
From my understanding (I could be wrong and please correct me if I am wrong) but I think the beef produced in places like Australia and New Zealand tend to be raised more organically than in the US....
And I feel it would be cheaper and more convenient to ship beef from places like Oceania than all the way from the west coast of the US.....
I guess it all comes down to politics, doesn't it |

Koreans Can Visit US Visa Free From Dec.
By Jung Sung-ki
Staff Reporter
South Koreans will be able to visit the United States for up to three months visa-free beginning December, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade said Friday.
To that end, Foreign Minister Yu Myung-hwan and U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff will sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) during President Lee Myung-bak's U.S. visit from April 15-19 for summit talks with President George W. Bush, a ministry official said.
The two nations will ink implementation agreements on South Korea's joining the U.S. Visa Waiver Program (VWP) by August, when the Seoul government plans to begin issuing electronic passports containing the holders' personal information to the general public, he said.

But none of that really matters because you promised to lobby in favor of allowing Korea into the VWP, if Korea allowed Chinese in visa free. |

If a Korean has been denied a tourist visa to the USA, the embassy says they won't ever be approved for a visa.
If the visa waiver passes, I assume the Korean could visit the USA?
Even if it didn't pass, would the Korean be able to visit the USA if he/she married an American?
These are probably best asked to USA immigration, but I'm guessing someone on here has experience with the marriage issue. |
