fish is considered to be one of the healthiest source of protein. especially the omega 3 fatty acids that is contains. but there are concerns now about the levels of pollutants such as mercury, PCBs, and dioxins.

Fish is great. Some are better than others. Some seasons~ sushi is good. Others, it's not so good for you. Balance is the key.

There is Hwe everywhere but in my opinion its gross. I've been to Japan and their sushi sucks as well.

I found the best sushi back home on the island.. 92 different types.. YUMM

The only thing you have to worry about with fish is the heavy metals. Fish tends to have the highest concentration.

Here is the first page of links for fish and seafood diet. Fish and seafood is the primary animal food I usually eat.

There was a guy selling oysters from a truck last night.
There were four plastic bags of fresh oysters in a styrofoam box for 6,000 won.
There were so many oysters I didn't get any as I couldn't use so many and couldn't think of anyone to share them with.

I like Hay Mool Pah Jun, or seafood pancakes. They go good with Dong Dong Joo.

Where do you usually go for seafood in Seoul?
