How much do you pay for utilities, management fees or security fees?

I pay about 160-170 during winter...

My apartment bill was 210,000 won. I use the heat though, as I have a new born baby to keep warm. Also, I notice that I have turned into a wimp as far as the cold is concerned over my 6 years here. I used to sleep with the windows open in the winter. Not any more.

My wife said that it might depend on your area.

We had our air-conditioning going constantly during the summer and we never payed more than about 50k for power. We live in a relatively poor area. Also, officetels are a huge ripoff. Avoid them at all costs.
