Gopher, that's the great thing about IGTG, she's willing to believe anything.
I think we should collect donations for her psychiatric fund. |

Ya-ta,
IGTG wouldn't understand a joke if it was plastered on the front of a train coming right at her.
She's way too busy checking out the conspiracy websites and adjusting her tinfoil hat. |

I should clarify. I do not doubt that the Carter Admin. considered and possibly moved to draw the Soviets in.
But other, more local conditions, too, played an important, if not the decisive, role -- as did the Soviet govt itself, which I really have a hard time believing simply responded as Brzezinski, the master orchestrator, commanded or suggested.
"I did it." We hear that often when Brzezinski and Kissinger speak on this or that, as well as presidents and senators plugging themselves on how they created this law or single-handedly saved this or that needy children's organization or whatever.
But, in any case, we ought to be fully aware that the dynamic between Brzezinski and Kissinger for a couple of decades now has been which one of these two egomaniacs (and I respect them as statesmen; I am pleased that Brzezinski and Obama consult; but Brzezinski and Kissinger remain egomaniacs nevertheless) was America's Metternich. And it is getting a little old to hear idiots like IGTG uncritically seizing on their self-congratulating statements and taking them entirely at face value.
As for me, I prefer to wait for the contemporaneous dox. We have quite a lot of the Soviet stuff of late. But the American stuff will take a while longer. |

Have you considered that the joke is actually on you? You should know that the NAFTA superhighway is not being built as a UFO landing strip, the Trilateral commission had nothing to do with the mortgage crisis and the King of Spain is not a shape shifting humanoid alien lizard.
Seriously dude, get a clue. |

Pluto,
She's too demented to reason with. I'll say it again, she needs mental help. |

It makes a good comeback when the Reaganites claim 'he' did it. |

Zbigniew Brzezinsky is architect and author of The Grand Chessboard, the neo-com plan for splitting all the Mideast states along ethnic and religious lines.
Sure, we'll see a lot of change with Obama. |
