I will be changing public schools when the school semester begins in March. I know, I must visit Inchon Immigration very soon to get a renewal extension to my ARC. Students will be returning to school on Feb 11~ This is also my last full week at my current school. Beginning Feb 18th, I have the two-week home leave period. Questions for those in a similar situation :
~ what will I be doing for classes during my last full week
- what normally happens during this period when students return?
~must I take the home leave. Can I stay in Korea during this time , should I wish? [Korea language classes and staying in the hope of seeing someone more]
thanx.. |

If you are changing schools you may not be entitled to the 2 week home leave and it may cost you your severance and airfare if you take it and end up NOT working the full year as required by article 34 of the labor standards act.
Be very carefull. |
